Dimensions and tolerances must be precisely measured to ensure specifications are met before delivery to the customer. In today's competitive world of achieving high efficiency, economical products, and quick turnaround times, final product acceptance requires optimization of measurement processes. A highly automated coordinated measuring machine (CMM) offers such a process.
In Tolerance utilizes three CMM's. The first CMM is used during the manufacturing process, while the other two are highly automated and used primary by the QA for final inspection. BMP recognized In Tolerance with its innovation whereby data is both uploaded and downloaded into its proprietary software for efficiency and archival of first article inspection reports.
We are unique in the way that we perform a first article inspection analysis and report of all critical dimensions regardless if the customer requires such documentation. We do this to insure that each job receives the highest level of attention with regard to quality control.
In Tolerance maintains detailed records on each job and each operation with the job. We are proud to report that current quality records have tracked our accuracy (by operation) delivered to the customer at:
