"I would like to thank In Tolerance for exceeding our expectations with the quality of service and parts that are produced for Fujikoki America, Inc.
As you recall when we first did business with you, we were purchasing our ECD parts from a Japanese supplier using our head office in Japan as an intermediary. The lead times for the parts that we needed to run our production line was anywhere from six to eight months! To make matters worse when we had tried to have these parts produced here in the US, we were encountering two very bad situations. First was very poor quality, the parts would not fit together properly or even perform incorrectly once we made them fit. The second was that we had one supplier that could produce the quality part but at an extremely high price, which made it actually cost effective for us to wait on parts from Japan.
When I first spoke with you about making ECD parts I was impressed that you were willing to give it a go. Most companies no quoted me on my parts. In Tolerance quoted us parts at a price equivalent to what we were paying in Japan and a lead-time of weeks, not months. So I gave them an order to see how you all would fair. To my amazement you all met my quality requirements. Plus the parts worked right the first time! No fiddling or tweaking was needed, just put them in and run.
Finally, I would like to say that the parts that you make exceed the quality of the Japanese parts we were buying. I am confident when I receive parts from you, that they will work from the get go. I like the fact that you all work with me when I bring you new part designs or changes to our existing designs. I also like the fact that your lead times are short, In Tolerance actually has a quicker turn around time than many local ships I have done business with in the past."
