"CNC" stands for "Computer Numerically Controlled". The milling technique means the material typically is stationary and the tooling rotates to remove the excess material and creates the unique shape and characteristics. The design is specified on a computer using CAD (Computer Aided Design) tools to instruct the machine tool as to the profile and shape of the design. This allows for complex parts to have extremely high repeatability of quality with a shortened production time. We employ the latest state-of-the-art CNC machining centers available to-date. Using both Hurco and Mazak technology, our shop can offer both the precision and most cost effective means our customers require.
