All our painting is performed in-house under the same rigorous quality standards as we machine to. This paint can be industry specific or to military standards. We are qualified to paint to all the various Rockwell standards. Many of the parts we paint require multi-coat applications and often require hand masking of areas which are to remain clear of paint. A sample of paints we are qualified include: texture paint, epoxy paint, polyurethane & enamel. In Tolerance is proud to use some of the most reputable equipment, such as the byko-spectra 1 light booth to meet the daylight D65 specification and Rockwell's ASTM-D-1729. Currently we offer typical turn-around delivery time of 1 week within our paint department.
