"CNC" stands for "Computer Numerically Controlled". Through "Swiss" style or through-spindle turning In Tolerance can deliver superior quality and TIR control even with very long and small diameter parts. "Swiss" turning is a unique technology that spins that material at high speed while the tool typically is stationary. In "Swiss" the tools are held very close to the collet which extrudes (or pushes) the materials through the collet and allows the work surface to be machined accurately and at long lengths which is not possible with standard turning technology. This technology will deliver twice the accuracy to that of conventional CNC turning.
