The In Tolerance CI program ensures that all employees revisit their baseline responsibilities and processes to identify ways to improve what we do everyday. Incentive programs and public recognition help to spur the improvement ideas. Projects have ranged from motion sensor lights to light common walkways for safe passage, to paint masking improvements, to financial processes that have saved countless hours, made the workplace safer, or just improved the environment as a whole. In the end it means a better product offering for our customers - whether it is better quality, quicker delivery turn-around or a lower cost.
